The all new Microframe SMPTE Time Code Sync Master Clapper Slate rounds out the sync master family. Equipped with the same feature set as the D8010, the “Clapper Slate” has standard-size color clapper sticks to provide visual and audio sync points as well as a magnetic lock to keep them closed when not in use. With a 9 section slate face you will have all the space needed to make sure your post production is as easy as possible.

Settings

The following are user configurable settings adjusted by using the three buttons on the end of the Sync Master

• Start Time
• Sleep Time (how long the LED's illuminate after button press)
• Frame Rates 3.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 29.97 DF and 30 frames per second.
• Flip Display direction (D8010 only) for cabling or other reasons you may want to have the BNC connector on the right instead of left.
• Hours Shift (D8009 only) for shoots where you need two digits of hours, combine "even" and "odd" frame indicators and show a full 2 digits of hours.
• Display brightness. Set how bright LED indicators are to save battery life or match camera settings.
