Question: How do I activate my 5400 chime?
- Step 1. With the wireless remote, press the "menu" button.
- Step 2. Press the "down" button. Display should show -6.
- Step 3. Press the "enter" button.
- Step 4. Press the "up" button until "J0" is showing.
- Step 5. Press the "1" button, then "enter" button.
Question: How do I setup my 5400 display to do Take-A-Number?
- Step 1. With the wireless remote, press the "menu" button.
- Step 2. Press the "enter" button.
- Step 3. Without the wireless remote, press the "mode" button on the back of the display once.
- Step 4. Press the advance button until you see "03".
- Step 5. Press and hold the select button for about 3-5 seconds.
Question: How do I activate my 5100 chime?
- Step 1. With the wireless remote pointed toward the display, press the "menu" button.
- Step 2. Press the "up" button until you see "50" on the display.

Question: Why isn't my LED Display responding to my wireless remote?
- Option 1. Remove batteries from the remote. Press the "clear" button 5 times. Insert the batteries and check for operation.
- Option 2. Pointing the remote toward the LED display, press and hold down the "exit" button for 8 seconds. The display should flash "Ir1". Check for normal operations.
- Option 3. Replace the remote batteries.

Question: Why am I having problems with my wireless 3500 display not showing the numbers that I send to it. It has a power light and it flashes when I send something to it, but no numbers appear on the display?
- Solution: Resync the display with transmitter.
- Step 1. Press the "mode" button on the back of the display (You should see bars across the display.)
- Step 2. Within 90 seconds of doing Step 1, type in "1" "send" on the transmitter.
- Step 3. The transmitter should be showing beep type, press "2" then "enter".
- Step 4. Type in the message "7337" then hit "send".
Question: Why am I having problems with my multi-number display (Model 3430 & 3620) not showing the numbers that I send to it. It has a power light and it flashes much faster when I send something to it, but no numbers appear on the display?
- Solution: Resync the display with transmitter.
- Step 1. Unplug the power from the display.
- Step 2. Plug display back into power source.
- Step 3. Within 90 seconds of doing Step 2, press the "space" button, then type in "1" "enter" on the transmitter.
- Step 4. The transmitter should be showing beep type, press "2" then "enter".
- Step 5. The transmitter should be asking for the message type "7337" then "send".
